Q: What is decrapified sims3pack?
A: Decrapify change the copyright material in the sims3pack files from The Sims 3 Store that you download from the web in order for it to be able to be installed into your game. Usually, the items I post on this site has already been decrapified and I have stated that in the .txt attachment in the file. Any items from The Sims 3 Store that hasn't been decrapified won't let you install. If you download an item from other site that said 'untouch' then you have to decrapify the item yourself.
Q: How to decrapify?
A: It's very easy. First, download this file.
Then extract everything on your desktop. You must keep everything in the same folder or it won't work. Then just follow this guide on how to do it:
Step 1. Copy the 'untouch' sims3pack(s) you've downloaded to the Decrapify Area folderStep 2. Drag and drop the sims3pack(s) on top of decrapify.exe. A dosbox appears, when it disappears this step is complete.
Step 3. Drag and drop the sims3pack(s) on top of s3rc.exe. Again a dosbox appears. It can take a little longer this time, but when it disappears this step is complete.
Step 4. Return your sims3pack(s) to (My) Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads, or simply double click them to attempt to install them again.
Step 5. VOILA~ Enjoy your working content!
